“Staying Happy and Healthy: A Wellness Journey for Female Students” —Effortlessly Becoming Who You Want to Be—

We will be holding a seminar with the aim of encouraging all women, including female students, to take a long-term view of the era of 100-year lifespans, to further improve their health-consciousness, and to see it as a personal issue, and to learn about the importance of exercise, weight management, and proper eating habits for long-termhealth maintenance, with the following details.

Through this seminar, we hope that you will have the opportunity to think about how each of us should change our attitudes in order to maintain long-term health and aim for a society where people can live active lives.

Why not reaffirm the importance of health promotion and women's empowerment in order to realize a sustainable, diversified, and multicultural society?

* Students and graduate students can attend in person at the Biwako-Kusatsu Campus Co-Learning House II, 1st floor,Room C501. 

* Language: Japanese 

During this seminar, the speaker's remarks will be provided in real-time Japanese text. This service is available to all participants, but please view it on your own PC.
