“Exploring Communication for Embracing Differences and Working Together”
~Experience the challenges and fun of dialogue and consensus-building through a game~

“Have you ever felt that discussions don’t always go smoothly?”
If so, this seminar is for you!
In this session, you will experience the real challenges and excitement of dialogue and consensus-building through a game.
While enjoying the activity, you will become aware of unconscious biases, understand why differences in opinions arise, and develop the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Differences in values are not only shaped by nationality or culture—they also emerge from generational and experiential backgrounds.
This seminar will help you understand these “differences” and build the skills to work on tasks as a team.
The ability to cooperate with others is essential—not only for classes and club activities but also for job hunting and future careers.

In-person (Lecture in Japanese; materials available in both Japanese and English)
