D&I Seminar: “Everyone is a Key Player! – Achieving the Ideal Team through Dialogue”

Hosted by the Diversity & Inclusion Promotion Office

To advance the vision outlined in R2030—“Building a university that realizes Diversity & Inclusion”—we will hold a seminar for students and faculty/staff to promote understanding of D&I.

In this seminar, Mr. Kentaro Takahashi, Head Coach of the Ritsumeikan University Panthers (American Football Team), will share his experiences on how to respect and bring out the best in individual differences, build trust through dialogue, and enhance psychological safety. We look forward to your participation!

・Format : In-person (BKC, Epoch Ritsumeikan 21, Epoch Hall) + Online (ZOOM Webinar)

・Language : Japanese; materials will be provided in both Japanese and English

・Target Audience : Students, graduate students, faculty, and staff of Ritsumeikan University
