Diversity & Inclusion Seminar “Understanding Unconscious Bias and Exploring Methods of Communication that Respect Diversity”
【Office of Diversity & Inclusion Promotion】

We aim to promote a shift in awareness toward creating a sustainable and diversified society by recognizing the "unconscious biases" that everyone has. This will be an opportunity to learn how unconscious biases affect our daily lives and learning environments and to gain insights on building better human relationships.
How can we become aware of our own and others' "mental habits"? Let’s explore the attitudes necessary to suppress prejudice and discrimination, and consider together what is important for feeling comfortable with one another in universities, workplaces, and other settings. We look forward to your participation.
