To advance the vision outlined in R2030—“Building a university that realizes Diversity & Inclusion”—we will hold a seminar for faculty and staff to promote understanding of D&I.

This seminar will provide basic knowledge about LGBTQ+ and raise awareness of unconscious bias (microaggressions), encouraging participants to consider how to create an environment where everyone can learn and work with peace of mind. We look forward to your participation.
